DESCRIPTION:
Two-Bedroom Cottage
Two level cottage. Master bedroom on ground floor with full size (double) bed. Upstairs bedroom with queen size bed and two small kid beds (sleeps four+). Full bathroom downstairs. Large Kitchen and dining area with all cooking utensils and appliances. Large main room with fireplace. Outdoor porch off the main room with views of the lake.

One-bedroom Cabin
One level log cabin. One bedroom with two full size (double) beds (sleeps two to four). Full bathroom off bedroom. Large Kitchen and dining area with all cooking utensils and appliances. Large main room with stone fireplace. Full length screened porch off the main room.

APPLIANCES:
Gas stove, Microwave, Electric Refrigerator, Toaster Oven, CoffeePot, TV, Radio, Wood stove.

RESTRICTIONS:
Authorized pets only. No hunting/guns. No motorized recreational vehicles/boats, i.e. ATVs or Jetskis.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & LEASE AGREEMENT POLICY:
Security Deposit: $500 to secure your obligation. The security deposit will be held for damages and refunded upon satisfactory review ofr the premises after checkout. It is the duty of the tenant to deliver the premises in as good a condition as when taken, with the exception of ordinary wear and tear.

Lease Agreement: If desired dates are available a lease agreement will be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the prospective tenant for signature. It should be returned along with the security deposit.

PAYMENT:
Full rate due 21 days prior to arrival.

$1200/week - Off season
$1400/week - June
$1800/week - July
$1800-2000/week - August
$1400/week - September

CHECK IN: 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sat. CHECK OUT: 10:00 a.m. Sat.
